Credits are our simple payment system. 1 credit = 1 EGP. Recharge credits via InstaPay or card through our secure checkout, then use them to book sessions with any tutor.
Do credits expire?
No! Your credits never expire. Recharge once and use them whenever you're ready - whether that's tomorrow or next year.
How much do tutors charge?
Tutors set their own rates based on subject and experience. Prices typically range from 100-500 EGP per hour. You can filter by price when browsing.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees! The price you see is the price you pay. No booking fees, no platform fees for students.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept InstaPay transfers and card payments (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure checkout powered by Kashier.
What's your refund policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before: full refund. Cancel within 24 hours: 50% refund. Tutor no-shows: full refund. See our terms for details.
